Derren Brown, Showman Tour

Captivating!  An Evening with Derren Brown’s Showman Tour.

With theatre tickets secured well in advance, we wanted to ensure that we had the best view of the stage.

A local theatre night, we went to see Derren Brown’s mystery, intrigue, and illusion was not to be missed.

As the curtain rose, it wasn’t long before the audience were drawn into Derren Brown’s mysterious world of magic and illusion.

Some of the audience were invited to join Derren on stage with a personal item that meant something to them. One brought a ring. Another, a lock of hair etc.,

This made the stage magic experience more personable, as each of audience member would just answer one or two questions – yes or no, which appeared to affect some more than others.

It was fascinating to witness a night of hypnotism too.  Just regular people unable to recall something as simple as their Christian name.

The standing ovation at the end of Derren Brown’s Showman Tour was testament to how gripped the audience had been throughout this performance, as each of us questioned “But how did he know that”? “How did he do that”?

The word “Spellbound” springs to mind when we think of the Derren Brown Showman Tour.

Prepare to be amazed, and left wondering “How”?
